STUDENTS' WELFARE
Students Representative Council
- The college has availed the students’ machinery for their aspirations to be channeled to the administration through an elected student’s representative Council (SRC)
- Each student should be familiar with the S.R.C constitution and make use of the SRC committees as the channels of communication.
- Officials of the SRC are expected to organize students’ matters and functions and students are expected to obey them as they discharge their official duties. Councilors are expected to assist both the students and the administration to bring about harmonious coexistence in the college.
- Individual students’ welfare needs should be referred to the Dean of Students who will provide the necessary guidance and counseling and such other assistance as the case may call for.
Support for Students with Special needs, Vulnerable and Special Populations
The office of the Dean of Students provides support and advocacy for students from under-represented populations, promotes equity in all components of college life, support the vulnerable and students in compromised situations. Students are encouraged to seek help where necessary.
